Opossum Removal
Opossum, also called possum, are nocturnal animals, meaning they are active mainly at night. They have can have grey, dark grey and brown fur, and also light brown or even white fur. Opossums can weigh from 8 to 14 pounds at full growth. Opossums are omnivores which means they eat both plants and other animals as food. Their diet consists of rodents and insects, frogs, birds, other small animals, plants, fruits, and even agricultural crops. Reproduction starts in the months of December and January and continue till October, and the baby season starts in February and again in June. The habitat for these animals are mainly near places with water but can include many other areas because of their adaptation skills. Forests, woodlands, swamp or damp marshlands and other green areas can also have large population of opossum. Opossum can also find their way into your home or business.
